About Us
We’re a small team of passionate women who are gifted in writing, project management, research & analysis, and capacity building. Additionally, we’re well-resourced to provide support in communications, public relations, or advocacy.
We specialize in small to mid-sized nonprofits in the sectors of conservation, environmental justice, education, regenerative agriculture, and climate resilience.
In the last five years, we’ve been awarded over 185 million dollars in grants serving 100% “historically underserved” communities across the country. However, when we read the words “underserved, oppressed, marginalized”, we see instead “opportunities, potential, the future”.
